Norway, Bylarm, Spain, live video & a remix

Norway:
The Norwegian release of the album went very well. The reviews of the album were pretty great and K.I. & T.F.M. have played a bunch of live shows for smiling audiences.

Bylarm:
K.I. & T.F.M. will play two shows during By:larm this year.
The first will be on Sellout! Music’s labelnight at Revolver the 16th along
with Hiawata and Munn til Munn Metoden. This show will be a solo-show, without the Freedom Machines.

The second will be at Rockefeller on the 19th at 22.30.
This will be a full band show.

These shows will be great, so don’t miss out!

Spain:
The album will be out shortly through Rock Indiana Records in Spain, and it will be followed up with a tour this spring.

More info on that later.

Video:
Here’s a clip from an in-store concert at Big Dipper in Oslo that was done to celebrate the red vinyl release of the album.

And here’s an acoustic clip from a radioshow at Radio Nova.

Summer update

“you lived in a world of your own” can be heard on  Radio P3 Norway and is also available for download and streaming on iTunes, Spotify and Myspace.

I visited Popsalongen on Radio P3 last week without the boys where i performed ” you lived..” and did a cover of Robyn’s latest hit ” dancing on my own”, it was fun- you can listen the performance here.

Thanks to those who came to the shows we just did in Japan. We played mostly songs from the upcoming record and i was joined most nights by David Torch on drums, Masa on synths/noise, Kojo and Gen on percussion and Like Acid on keys. Highlight was definitely playing the Utabe Music festival at night by a huge lake where the audience were standing in the forest with surrounded by hundreds of candle lights, creepy but cool.

Groove.no joined us in a wooden boat in the Oslo fjord last week to film a performance of “you lived..”
The performance features the oh so talented singer Thea Glenton Raknes of Norma Sass singing with me, Kalua playing the violin and Stian playing percussion. You can see the video here.

‘You lived in a world of your own’ out now!

The new single ‘You lived in a world of your own’ is available at iTunes and lots of other places today.

If you want to hear it before you buy it, then you can stream it below.
